Educational Qualification

Indian citizens who are willing to get admission letters to the open competitive examination must have passed a graduate or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution/university.

Candidates of the unreserved category of Widows, divorced women, and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried – up to 35 years.

Relaxation for Departmental candidates of Delhi Police

Departmental candidates (Unreserved) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service- up to 30 years.

Departmental candidates (OBC) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service- up to 33 years.

Departmental candidates (SC/ST) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service- up to 35 years.

Physical Standard

The Physical Standard Test (PST) is a mandatory test for all posts in the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2023. The PST consists of the following physical standards:

1. Height: – For male candidates: 170 cm and for female candidates: 157 cm

2. Chest: – For male candidates only: Unexpanded – 80 cm, Expanded – 85 cm

3. Weight: – For male and female candidates: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards

The application fee for the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2023 can be paid only through online payment modes.

This online payment mode has the capability to accept payment using any of the following resources- BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit card.

The payment of application fee won’t be accepted if anyone pays the prescribed fee other than online mode. The remitted amount will neither be refunded nor reserved for any other examination to be conducted in the future by SSC or any other.

Physical Endurance Test

The Physical Endurance Test (PET) Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination, 2023 consists of the following events-

  • For male candidates: –
  • 100-meter race in 16 seconds
  • 1.6 km race in 6.5 minutes
  • Long Jump: 3.65 metre in 3 chances
  • High Jump: 1.2 meter in 3 chances
  • Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metre in 3 chances

For female candidates: –

  • 100 metre race in 18 seconds
  • 800 metre race in 4 minutes
  • Long Jump: 2.7 metre in 3 chances
  • High Jump: 0.9 metre in 3 chances

What information should one keep ready before applying to the SSC CPO SI Examination 2023?

Before proceeding with One-Time Registration, you need to keep the following information/documents ready:

  • Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
  • Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
  • Information about the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination

  • Paper-I: – This paper is comprised of the following four parts of total duration: 2 hours-
  • Part I: General Intelligence and Reasoning (50 questions, 50 marks)
  • Part II: General Knowledge and General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks)

How to Apply for SSC CPO SI Exam 2023?

Candidates must apply online through the website http://www.ssc.nic.in. or go to the link provided at http://www.ssc.nic.in->Apply->CAPF.
They must have a valid email ID and mobile number and It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process.

Register

The applicant who visits the first time to SSC registration page will have to register themself by supplying basic details to the web page created for registration and logging in.
The successful registration creates a user ID and its associated password for future logging in.

Fill out the Application form

Candidates must fill in the online application form carefully. Once the application form is submitted, no changes can be made. They have to upload scanned copies of their photographs and signatures as per the specifications mentioned in the PDF.

Pay the application fee

Candidates should pay the application fee through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit card.

Take printouts of submitted application and payment receipt as well

After submitting the application form, candidates should take printouts of the application form and payment receipt for future reference as their own records.

Is there a negative marking in the SSC CPO SI Exam 2023?
