As per the UPSC Medical Service Exam Notification 2023, the applicantsтАЩ categories have been divided into two groups. Categories General, EWS, and OBC are of one group, and the rest categories SC, ST, and PWD are of another group.

UPSC CMSE 2023 Selection Process

  • Written Examination
    • Written examination with a maximum of 500 marks will be carried out in two papers(250 marks each). The components and syllabi of the two Papers and the weightage of different components in the two papers have been explained in Appendix – I.
  • Interview
    • The objective of the interview is to assess the candidate’s suitability for the post he/ she has completed.  The interview process will be conducted for 100 marks. 
  • Document Verification
    • The Commission will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only for those candidates who have qualified for the Interview/Personality Test.
  • Medical Examination
    • Prior to joining the service, the commission will conduct a medical test of all the finally selected candidates to ensure their fitness of candidates.  Any candidate who doesn’t meet the medical fitness criteria will not get the joining later.

    • Applicant must possess an industrial training certificate of 2-year duration in Motor Mechanic Vehicle from the Central or State recognized institution and at least 1-year of work experience in the field of concerned trade.

CRPF Tradesman Recruitment 2023 Update

In the light of the HonтАЩble High Court of Delhi Judgment dated 06/04/2023 on writ petitions, the GOI/MHA has granted three (03) years of age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates.

Besides, the GOI/MHA directions in the light of the honorable High Court of Delhi, it has directed to include vacancies of Group C non-gazetted (ministerial posts). And so the Advertisement dated 15th March 2023 has included 148 new vacancies. Click on the link here to get detailed information.
