Eligibility Criteria for JEPC Recruitment 2023 Senior Professional and Support Staff Posts

Educational Qualification and Experience

  • State Program Manager (HR Management) – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and Master’s degree in HR Management/Personnel Management from a recognized university.
    • The applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR Management in the Public Sector/Government/Semi-government/Government-sponsored schemes of Central and more.
  • State Program Manager (Media, Publications, and Communication Engagement) – Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and Master/P.G. Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism from a recognized university.
  • State Program Manager (Digital and ICT) – Graduate degree or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ IT Science with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • State Program Manager (Residential, KGBV, and out of School Children) – Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Girls Education/Residential School or similar experience.
  • State Program Manager (Procurement) – Graduate degree with a minimum of 50% marks and Master’s degree in Finance/M. Com/MBA in Registered Chartered Accountants.

The cutoff date for the purpose of determining the age limit and educational qualification has been set to March 31st, 2023.

The system will activate the payment link, once the applicant submits their details by clicking the “Submit” button. Only then they can proceed with the payment of application processing fees.
