SE Manager and Librarian Recruitment 2023: The Department of School Education wants to improve the quality of School Education in the state of Jharkhand. It has the intention to transform the education system to make it more effective and efficient which will improve the delivery of education through Government schools.
The department has decided to engage professionals through the state implementing agency, JEPC in the Adarsh Vidyalaya School project which is responsible for the maintenance of the infrastructure of the school, the safety of the school and its children, maintaining School facilities and its cleanliness.
The engagement will be initially for one year contract which may also be extended after the performance appraisal. Individuals who have the required criteria and will to work in different locations where Schools of Excellence are constructed can submit their details either online or offline by June 7, 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for SE Manager and Librarian Posts
Educational Qualifications
- Manager – Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection process for the Manager position must be Retired Principals/ Vice Principals of CBSFJICSE/Vidyalayasi Navodaya Kendriya Vidyalayas/Army Officers not below the rank of captain or equivalent posts.
- Librarian- Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection process for Librarian positions must have a Bachelor’s of Libary and Information Science with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is set to not more than 62 years.
Candidates having no experience with the required qualifications for the Librarian position should have an age limit of various categories as under-

Irrespective of reserved categories, candidates willing to apply for any of the posts will have to pay an application processing fee of ₹ 1000/- through demand draft/bankers check drawn in favor of the State Project Director, Jharkhand Education Project Council, Ranchi.
As the table above explains candidates of all categories will have to pay the same amount as the application processing fee through the method mentioned in the earlier paragraph.
Fees submitted in any of the other modes except as mentioned above will be not accepted and neither be refunded nor reserved for future examination.
