Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released two notifications in light of Jharkhand Diploma Level Vacancy 2023 on its official website having advertisement numbers 04/2023 and 05/2023.

The High Court has invited Indian citizens who meet the criteria explained in the official notification mentioned in the earlier paragraph. Such citizens will have to complete the prescribed online application form to be meant for collecting information from the applicants who are willing to work with the high court.

Applicants who have applied or are willing to apply to join the Gujarat High Court Recruitment 2023 under the Advt. No – RC/1434/2022(II) will be placed in Assistant positions in subordinate court in the state with a salary having a Pay Matrix of ₹ 19,900 – 63,200/-.

Qualification

Indian citizens willing to join the Gujarat High Court Assistant Recruitment 2023 must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.

Other Qualification

  • A candidate should have typing skills at a speed of 5000 ki depression on a computer in English and/or Gujarati language.

    • This is the elimination test having Objective type 100 MCQs, each of one mark, and the duration of this elimination test will be one and a half hours. The High Court has scheduled this test to be conducted on 25th June 2023.
  • Main Exam Date
    • The candidate who will pass the elimination test will qualify for the opportunity to appear in the main examination of the descriptive type having 60 marks and the duration of this elimination test will be one and a half hours. The high court has expected this examination to be held in August 2023.
  • Skill Test
    • The high court will conduct a practical/Typing test for those candidates who are to be passed in elimination as well as the main written examination. The typing test of having 40 marks and the duration of the examination for 10 minutes is to be conducted. The high court has expected this practical/skill test to be held in October 2023

How to Complete the Application Submission Steps for Gujarat High Court Assistant Recruitment 2023

Candidates who are willing to join the selection process of the High Court of Gujarat will have to follow the following steps sequentially.

Registration

A candidate will have to first register their mobile number in the “OJS-Module” developed for this purpose. The candidate must have his/her/family member’s active mobile number and must be kept functional during the entire recruitment process.

Application Form Fill-Up

Fill up the fields created in the online application form with correct information including mandatory fields, carefully. Save your field-up data in the online application form by clicking the “Save” button.

Uploading of Scanned Filed

Login to your account by entering your application number and date of birth, and upload your signature and photograph of a specified size. You must ensure the uploaded photograph and signature are distinctly recognizable after uploading.

Submit to Confirm Your Application

Now applicants will have to duly verify the information filled up by them and after that, they should proceed for confirmation by clicking the “Confirm Application button on the main menu.
As a result, a new pop-up window will appear wherein the applicants have to enter his/her Application Number and Date of Birth and then click on
‘Confirm Application’ Button.

Pay Application Fee

The applicants are now required to pay the application fees by selecting the mode of payment. There are two modes of payment, online payment and offline-cash challan, applicants can choose either of the payment modes at their convenience.

Print Submitted Application Details

On successful completion of all the earlier mentioned stages, the applicants shall take the printout of his/her “Confirmed Application” by clicking the “Print Application” tab in the man menu and keep at least two copies of the same for future reference and use.

How a Select List & Centralized Wait List will be prepared?

On the basis of Aggregate Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Main Written Examination (Descriptive Type) and Practical / Skill (Typing) Test, Select List & Centralized Wait List will be prepared.

What will be the validity period for Select List & Centralized Wait List?

The Select List & Centralized Wait List shall remain valid until the advertised posts under this are filled up or for a period of 1 (One) Year, from the date of its publication of the same, whichever is earlier.

As per the IES ISS notification 2023, the categories have been divided into two groups. Categories General/ EWS/ OBC are of one group and rest categories SC/ST/PWD are of another group.

 but some candidates who don’t have any of the above payment resources will also be able to apply for UPSC IES Exam 2023 and UPSC ISS Exam 2023 by using “ pay in case” , the second option for fee payment.

 Applicants who don’t have the online payment resources will have to opt “ pay in cash” while filling up the details in the prescribed online application form.

  • Interview
    •  The object of the interview is  to assess the suitability of the candidate for the post for which he/ she has  completed.  The interview process   will be conducted for 200 marks.

    • The Commission will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents only  only for those candidates who have qualified for Interview/Personality Test.
  • Medical Examination
    • Prior to joining the service the commission will conduct a medical test of all the finally selected candidates to ensure fitness of candidates.  Any candidate who doesn’t meet the medical fitness criteria will not get the joining later.

The online application submission under SSC CGL 2023 notification also comprised of remittance of the applicable application fee for male candidates belonging to UR and EWS.

Candidates of such categories who want to apply for SSC CGL 2023 will have to pay the above application fee through either Internet Banking or BHIM UPI. 

Willing candidates will have to keep ready resources such as a credit card, debit card, internet banking credentials, or BHIM UPI active account for making payment online at the time of filling up the prescribed online application form.

However, the commission has retained the traditional process of making payments for those candidates who don’t have the resources for the online payment of application fees.

Such candidates will have to generate an offline payment challan during filling up the online application form, thereafter they have to visit the nearest SBI branch with the challan and printed amount of money.

They have to complete the challan generation by 4th May 2023 and the challan should be submitted with the printed amount at the nearest SBI branch during banking hours of the bank by 5th May 2023.
