In the process of modernizing and expanding, the Bokaro Steel Plant required a workforce group that must be result oriented and promising. To achieve its goal Bokaro steel plant has decided to include energetic and talented Indian youths through the SAIL Bokaro recruitment 2023.
Only online applications are invited from Indian youths who meet the criteria for any of the enlightened posts and shall be accepted through its official website https://sailcareers.com/ from 25th March 2023. As per the notified schedule, the application submission shall be continued up to 15th April 2023. - Applicants must have at least 03 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant discipline after their PG Degree/DNB.

- The Indians who have just crossed childhood and passed Matriculation with 03 years full-time Diploma in Mining from a Govt recognized Institute with a valid Mines Foreman Certificate of Competency from DGMS under MMR, 1961 (For Metalliferous Mines).
- And also have a minimum of 50% marks ( 40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental Candidates) and 1 year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field (after obtaining Mines’ Foreman Certificate of competency).
- Surveyor
- Indian youth looking for careers as surveyors in a still-making company as SAIL must have Matriculation with 03 years of full-time Diploma in Mining or a Diploma in Mining & Mines Survey from a Govt recognized institute and possessing a valid Mines Surveyor’s certificate of Competency from DGMS under MMR, 1961 (For Metalliferous Mines) with a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental Candidates)

- Such intending youths must have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a relevant field (after obtaining Mining Mate’s Certificate.)
- Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) – HMV
- Indians who enjoy driving and want to make careers therein must have Matriculation with a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License or equivalent to operate Heavy Earthmoving/ Mining Equipment.
- The willing applicants also must have a minimum of one year of experience (after matriculation) in operating Heavy Earthmoving/Mining equipment.
- Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee – Electrician
- Fresh Indian youth looking for a career with SAIL must have passed Matriculation with (Full-time) ITI/NCVT in Electrician trade from a Govt recognized institute.
- Mining Sirdar
- Fresh youths in India willing admission card for SAIL Bokaro Recruitment 2023 must have passed Matriculation from a Govt recognized institute with Mining Sirdar’s Certificate of competency from DGMS under CMR along with valid Gas Testing and First Aid Certificates.

Application Fees for SAIL Bokaro Recruitment 2023
The fees imposed n total on applicants are the inclusion of application fees and processing charges. Candidates who are to be involved in SAIL Bokaro Recruitment 2023 have been categorized into two.
Candidates belonging to General, EWS, and OBC shall have to pay application and processing fees whereas the other candidate as SC, ST, PwBD, Departmental, and ESM shall have to pay only processing.

The candidates selected for any post except technicians shall have to go through 1 year of probation whereas candidates selected for technician posts shall have to spend 2 years of probation period.
