Educational Qualification Required for SSC MTS and Havaldar Posts

Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test under this notification must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board on or before the cut-off date i.e. 17th February 2023.

Age Limit & Relaxation Details

  • Candidates who have born not before 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2005 will be eligible for Multi-Tasking Staff and Havaldar in CBN.
  • Whereas, candidates who have born not before 02.01.1996 and not later than 01.01.2005 will be eligible for Hawaldar in CBIC and a few posts of Multi-Tasking Staff.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit for SSC MTS

There is also permissible relaxation as per extant government guidelines, in the upper age limit for candidates of different categories as under –

The Staff Selection Commission has introduced both online and offline payment methods for accepting application fees from applicants willing to apply for any of the posts under MTS & Havaldar Recruitment 2022.

Fees can be paid online up to 19th February 2023 at 23 hours. However, candidates who don’t have the resources for online payment can make payment in cash through the challan of SBI, at the branches of SBI within the working hours of the bank up to 20th February 2023.

Candidates who opt for the offline payment mode will have to generate the payment challan up to 19th February 2023 while filling up the application form online. 

Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI and Internet Banking using Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/ Visa/Mastercard/ Maestro/ RuPay etc.
