Educational Qualification Required for SSC MTS and Havaldar Posts

Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test under this notification must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board on or before the cut-off date i.e. August 1st, 2023.

Qualification for Financial Administrative Officer Post.

A candidate must have an Engineering Degree from a recognized institution or university in any of the following disciplines-

The commission has implemented a digital payment system to make the payment process convenient and less time-consuming and no other mode of payment is available.

The service from which the commission has hired will impose a service charge on every transaction that is to be done by every applicant to complete their application process successfully.

A sum amount comprised of the prescribed application fee and transaction service charge will be deducted from the applicant’s account once he authenticates for the amount.

  • State Govt Employees of Bihar (3 years of continued service completed) will get 5 years of relaxation at their upper age if they want to apply for a higher salary.
  • PwBD candidates will get an additional 10 years of relaxation.

How to Register & Submit for BPSC 69th CCE Preliminary Exam 2023?

  • Applicants have to visit the prescribed online application form using the URL Bihar Public Service Commission Portal.
  • Register yourself by providing the basic details asked during the registration. The system will provide and username and password for further accessing the online application form.
  • Log in using the username and password and fill in the details asked in the prescribed application form to get admission to the BPSC 69 preliminary examination 2023.
  • Applicants have to upload scanned photographs and signatures at the specified areas in the application form. Both photographs and signatures should be fresh and scanned copies as well.

To whom the biometric fee will not be applicable?

Relaxation in Upper Age 

There is also a provision for relaxation in the prescribed upper age limit. The UPSC will follow the rules drafted for relaxation by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) during the recruitment process.
