The commission will collect an extra ₹ 40/- as portal charges from all applicants that will be added to the application fees and transaction charges.

Disabled candidates will get relaxation up to 10 years in their category-wise upper age limit as per letter number 962 dated – 22.01.2021 General Administration Department, Bihar.

The state government employees of Bihar who have completed at least 3 years of service as regular employees of the state government and are willing to be posted in higher salary posts will get up to 5 years of relaxation at the upper age limit of their category.

Ex-servicemen will get relaxation up to the number of years served in the defence forces and up to 03 years, but the upper age of the applicant applying all applicable relaxation rules must not be more than 53 years.

Male and female citizens of India willing to participate in the Staff Nurse Examination 2023 must ensure the below educational qualification and age limits set for the said examination.

Qualification Details

Indian male and female citizens willing to participate in the UP PSC Staff Nurse Examination 2023 must have passed Intermediate after High School Examination with Science subjects from Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognized by the Uttar Pradesh government as equivalent thereto.

They must have possessed a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council. or

They must have a Diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the Nurses and Midwives Council Uttar Pradesh

With the above qualification, an applicant must possess a registration certificate as a Nurse or Psychiatry from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.

How to Apply for UP PSC Staff Nurse Examination 2023?

Registration to get OTR ID

All applicants are to be identified by their unique IDs that are to be generated by the system. It is named as OTR ID.
All applicants must have this OTR ID to be eligible for application submission. They have to register themselves in order to get these OTR IDs by providing some basic details to the application developed to achieve this goal.

Fill preferential qualification

Having completed the first stage of the procedure when the applicant logs in to their account the system suggests for the preferential qualifications prescribed for the Staff Nurse posts.
The applicant is to choose a yes/no option against each preferential qualification as per his/her eligibility for the same.
