The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has continued the traditional method for remittance of processing-cum-examination fees but has also introduced a digital method for the same.

The said ministry has got a payment gateway integrated with the prescribed online application page that will implement the digital method for remittance of processing-cum-examination fees.

Applicants will have to generate challans while filling up the prescribed online application and it has to be submitted with the printed amount at the nearest SBI Bank branch. In such a case, every applicant has to appear at the nearest bank branch physically.

Applicants who have generated their payment challans on the last day of application submission can remit their processing-cum-examination fees till the banking hours of December 12, 2023.

But in the digital method of remittance of processing-cum-examination fees applicants can remit their prescribed fees during the filling in the details.

SBI EPAY LITE will accept processing-cum-examination fees through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and UPI,

How to Apply for IB ACIO Grade- II/Executive Examination 2023

Intelligence Bureau has designed an application format that is to be used for the application submission process in two stages. The first stage starts with the registration of applicants with basic information and it provides the application sequence number and password through the registered email ID, as a result.
The second stage controls the entry of personal details and qualifications, uploading of photographs and signatures, and remittance of processing-cum-examination fees through online mode or generation of payment challan.

Total Time: 7 minutes

Register

This is stage one of application submission which starts with the registration of the applicant’s basic details and in return, it provides a unique application sequence number and password through the email ID provided during the registration process.

Fill out the details in the application form

Log on with the application sequence number and password to your account created for IB ACIO Grade- II/Executive Examination 2023. Fill up the details such as personal details, and qualifications, and upload a photograph and signature. Review your details entered in the prescribed application once you have completed it before final submission.

Remit the prescribed fees

The system will redirect you to the payment page once you submit it upon completion of filling in the details. On the payment page, you have to provide your banking services details such as card number, security code, and one-time password to authenticate for deduction of the amount as fees.
Once you complete the details asked for authentication, the system automatically deducts the amount you have authenticated for it and the rest of the task is completed by the system itself automatically.
