All candidates appointed through this recruitment will get the benefit of admissible allowances under the rules in the force as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Ration Money Allowance, Uniform Allowance, Free Accommodation, Free Medical Facilities, Free Leave Pass once a year during leave, and other allowances.
Eligibility Criteria for Constable (Technical & Tradesman) Posts Under CRPF
- CT/Driver
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Provisionally selected candidates will have to appear in a Driving Test at the time of recruitment, not producing heavy transport vehicle driving licenses can cause for rejection.
- CT/Mechanic Motor Vehicle
- Matriculation or equivalent examination pass in 10 + 2 exam system from a recognized board.
- Applicant must possess an industrial training certificate of 2-year duration in Motor Mechanic Vehicle from the Central or State recognized institution and at least 1-year of work experience in the field of concerned trade.
- For all other Tradesmen
- Matriculation or equivalent from an institution recognized by the central or state government.
- (Pioneer Wing) CT(Mason/Plumber/Electrician)
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Constable (Daftry/Peon /Farash/Safai Karmchari Ministerial)
- Matriculation from a recognized board or university.

CRPF Tradesman Recruitment 2023 Update
In the light of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi Judgment dated 06/04/2023 on writ petitions, the GOI/MHA has granted three (03) years of age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates.
Besides, the GOI/MHA directions in the light of the honorable High Court of Delhi, it has directed to include vacancies of Group C non-gazetted (ministerial posts). And so the Advertisement dated 15th March 2023 has included 148 new vacancies. Click on the link here to get detailed information.
How to Apply for CRPF Constable (Technical & Tradesman) Posts Online?
- The detailed instructions for online application submission have been elaborated in Annexure – I to the official notification on its website. Please refer to Annexure – I before initiating the application submission process.
- Applications must be submitted online mode only through the official website of the CRPF. And a link to the prescribed online application has been shared above.
- Applicant should apply for a post for which he/she fulfills the prescribed eligibility criteria.
- The prescribed online application form will process applicants’ details from 27th March 2023 to 25th April 2023.
- Head to the official website of CRPF by typing the URL https://crpf.gov.in on your browser or by clicking the link to it shared in the above block.
- First, register yourself by filling up the requisite details on the registration form thereafter provide the details asked in the prescribed online form and submit after reviewing the details.
- After the submission of your application successfully, proceed with the payment link for the remittance of the application fees.
- You should also print out the successfully submitted application and keep it safe for future reference.
