West Bengal CMO Office Recruits 67 Medical Staffs Positions.

The office of the Chief Medical Officer, Government of West Bengal has announced new opportunities on a fixed-term contract basis. This medical office has released a list of positions in which new candidates are to be placed under the below-mentioned conditions. The said office has released all these details with the help of public notification.

Willing candidates who have the required qualification mentioned in the official notification in respect of the below-mentioned positions can submit their details. The details must be submitted in the prescribed application format. The application must reach on or before 31st December 2021, according to the published public notification.

Qualification Details

Technical Supervisor, BCSU Blood Service (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Technical Supervisor must have either Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any recognized institution/university.

 Or any other qualification mentioned in respect of the above position in the official notification.

Lab Technician, Blood Service (NHM) – 

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Lab Technician must have either Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any recognized institution/university.

 Or any other qualification mentioned in respect of the above position in the official notification.

Counselor, Blood Service (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Counselor must have either Postgraduate Degree or Master’s Degree in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development from any recognized institution/university.

 The candidate must have relevant experience and be able to work with a Computer.

Kala-Azar Technical Supervisor, NVBDCP (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Kala-Azar Technical Supervisor must have a Graduate in Science with Biology subject from a recognized institution/university.

He also possesses a valid driving license for driving two-wheelers.

District Consultant, NCD -II (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of District Consultant must have a Postgraduate in Public Health/Social Science/Management from any recognized institution/university.

Peer Support Staff, NVHCP (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Peer Support Staff must have passed the Intermediate (10 + 2) level examination from any recognized institution/university.

Hospital Attendant, District NCD Clinic, NPHCE –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Hospital Attendant must have passed the Matric examination from any recognized institution/board.

He must have relevant work experience of a minimum of two years.

Sanitary Attendant, District NCD Clinic, NPHCE –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Sanitary Attendant must have passed the Matric examination from any recognized institution/board.

He must have relevant work experience of a minimum of two years.

Psychiatrist (National Mental Health Programme) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of the above position must have a qualified Psychiatrist with having qualifications of MBBS MD/DNB Psychiatry/DNP from any recognized institution/university.

Or equivalent postgraduate of the above qualification from a recognized institution/university.

GNM Under Thalassemia Control Program – 

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of GNM must have completed the GNM course from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.

Medical Officer Under Thalassemia Control Programme –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Medical Officer must have an MBBS degree from the Medical Council of India recognized institution.

NTEP Lab Technician/ Sputum Smear Microscopist (NTPE) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection for the above positions must have passed the Intermediate (10 + 2) level examination from any recognized institution/university. He also must have completed either a diploma or a certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution.

Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS) NTPE –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection for the above positions must have passed the Graduate degree from any recognized institution/university. He also must have completed either a diploma or a certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution.

The candidate must have a valid two-wheeler driving license with driving experience.

Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS) NTPE –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection for the above positions must have passed the Bachelor’s degree or Sanitary Inspector course with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution.

The candidate must have a valid two-wheeler driving license with driving experience.

Senior Medical Officer, DR – TB Centre – NTPE –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Senior Medical Officer must have an MBBS degree with the compulsory rotatory internship from an Indian Medical Council recognized institution.

 The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in their degree-level qualification.

Medical Officer – Full Time (NUHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Senior Medical Officer must have an MBBS degree from a Medical Council of India-recognized institution.

The candidate must also have completed the one-year compulsory internship from West Bengal Medical Council recognized institution.

Staff Nurse (NUHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Staff Nurse must have completed the GNM course from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.

Lab Technician (NUHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Lab Technician must have passed Intermediate (10+2) in Science and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from West Bengal State Medical Faculty recognized institution.

Or any other qualification mentioned in respect of the above position in the official notification.

Faculty Consultant Quality Monitoring, NQAP (NHM) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of the above position must have a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration/ Health Management and an MBBS/ Dental/ Ayush/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

 The candidate must also have work experience in the relevant field.

FRU (GDMO) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of FRU must have an MBBS degree from a Medical Council of India-recognized institution.

 The candidate must also have completed the one-year compulsory internship from West Bengal Medical Council recognized institution.

Attendant (NRC) –

A candidate who is willing to participate in the selection of Attendant must have passed Higher Secondary Level Examination and working experience in cooking.

All the applicants will have to attach a demand draft of the above-specified amount of their category. The demand draught must be drawn in favour of the Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti in Nadia, payable at Krishnanagar Nadia.
