2800 Community Health Officer Recruitment for Uttar Pradesh NHM.

The Government of UP has envisioned changing the Sub health centers as Health and Wellness Centres.  It needs health workers to implement his dream into reality. The Government has brought a course of 6 months named Certificate in Community Health for Nurses Training. Any candidate who successfully completes this course and qualifies final examination will be kept as a community health officer at the sub-health center.  

Any candidate registered as a nurse and midwifery With  UP nursing and midwives Council may apply to join this training.  such candidates will have to complete and submit a prescribed application form up to 20th July 2021.
