This recruitment notification is only for those Indian citizens who have appeared and qualified for the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2021 under UPSSSC Forest Guard.

The UPSSSC has prepared for the main examination and earlier mentioned notification released for the recruitment of Forest Guard position.

A total of 701 vacant positions have been identified by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Forest and Wildlife Department, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualification Required for UPSSSC Forest Guard Positions

Forest Guard –

Indian citizens willing admission to the competitive examination for the Forest Guard post must have passed Bachelor’s degree in any of the two subjects mentioned below from a recognized University.

Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, and Environmental Science.

Or 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science from a recognized University.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Physical Standard and Efficiency Test

• Height Male : 163 CMS, Female : 150 CMS
• Chest Male:  84 CM  without  expansion and 89 CMS  with expansion, Female:  79 CM without expansion –  84 cm with expansion (Minimum expansion 5 cm)
• Walk on Foot (Paidal Chal): Male 25 Km in 4 Hr, Female 14 KM in 4 Hr.

Application Fee and Remittance Details

The commission has introduced two payment methods online and SBI e-challan. Applicants go for either of the methods in which they are convenient.

There is no fee for any category of candidates for applying UPSSSC Forest Guard main examination, It has imposed only the processing fees. 

The commission has introduced a payment gateway to accept payments online using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking. 

 Whereas, applicants will have to visit the nearest SBI branch with the SBI e-challan along with the printed amount.

Fee is not acceptably except above-mentioned methods.
