UPSC IES/ISS Examination 2022 – Union Public Service Commission will hold two different examinations simultaneously. The first one is the Indian Economic Service Examination 2022 and the second one is the Indian Statistical Service Examination 2022. The commission will try to ensure the eligibility of Indian nationals who are willing to appear in any of these two examinations.
The Union Public Service Commission has released a public notice explaining the eligibility criteria for each of the above-mentioned examinations. The commission has started collecting details from willing Indian nationals to ensure their eligibility for these examinations. The digital format of the application processing system will continue up to 26th April 2022.

Indian Economic Service Examination 2022 –
Indian nationals willing to participate in the Indian Economic Services Examination 2022 must have a Post Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from a university recognized by the incorporation Act of Central/State or establishment Act of parliament or to be deemed as UGC Act, 1956.
Indian Statistical Services Examination 2022 –
Indian nationals willing to participate in the Indian Statistical Services Examination 2022 must have a Post Graduate Degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects from a university recognized by the incorporation Act of Central/State or establishment Act of parliament or to be deemed as UGC Act, 1956.

Application Fee along with Remittance Details

Applicants are to opt for a mode of payment as per their suitability while filling up the online application. Applicants who won services like Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking have an option for online payment while filling up the prescribed application form.
Such applicants who don’t have any of the above-mentioned services can opt “Pay by Cash” mode of payment. Applicants are to remit fees by visiting the nearest State Bank of India bank branch. All applicants who will opt for the second payment option are to visit the nearest State Bank of India branch in person.
