Union Public Service Commission will hold a combined competitive examination for the recruitment of the Junior Time Scale of services. Junior Time Scale of the Services is Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service. A joint recruitment notification has been released by Union Public Service Commission.
Candidates who have passed Post Graduate Degree with the concerned subjects can submit a request to appear at the examination. The commission will commence the examination from 16th July 2021. And it is asking for details through the online application shared with the official website for scrutiny of candidates’ eligibility. Aspirants can submit their details up to 27th April 2021.

Qualification Details.
Indian Economic Service-
Post Graduate Degree in the Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics from a university recognized by incorporation Act of Central/State or establishment Act of parliament or to be deemed as UGC Act, 1956.
Indian Statistical Services Examination- 11
Post Graduate Degree in the Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects from a university recognized by incorporation Act of Central/State or establishment Act of parliament or to be deemed as UGC Act, 1956.

Applicants can submit their application fees in various modes. Cash payment can be done by remitting the money at any nearest branch of SBI. Applicants will have to generate a pay-in slip during the part II registration of the application. Applicants can also pay using CreditCard/Debit Card or Internet Banking while filling the online application form.
