UPSC has been publishing an examination notice derived from the government notice for Engineering Services Examinations 2023.

Indian citizens who have the requisite engineering degree and looking for a stable career can apply for joining the above-mentioned Service examination.

The notice of the examination clears, it will be conducted under the supervision of the Union Public Service Commission. And the commission has announced the date of examination.

Qualification Required for UPSC Engineering Service Examination 2023

Indian citizens who preparing for UPSC Engineering Service Examination 2022 must hold any of the following qualifications as mentioned below.

An Engineering Degree in the concerned discipline from a university recognized by incorporation Act of Central/State or establishment Act of parliament or to be deemed as UGC Act, 1956. 

Or,

The applicant must be a qualified Graduate Membership Examination conducted by Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (India). 

Or 

 The applicant must be a qualified Associate Membership Examination part II & III/ Section A & B of Aeronautical Society of India.

Examination Fee and Remittance/ Payment Process

The Union Public Service Commission has tried to include more payment modes to make the payment process convenient and less time-consuming.

An applicant can implement any of the following payment processes to pay their application fee.

1. At any branch of the State Bank of India
2. Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment 
3. Internet Banking

Pay-in slips will be got generated by the system for those who want to make their payment “pay in cash” mode. Such applicants have to deposit this payment slip and the printed amount at the nearest SBI Bank branch on the next day.
