The Union Public Service Commission has introduced UPSC CDS 2 2022 notification for Indian nationals who want to make their career in defense. The Home Ministry runs Military and Training Academies to train officers. The commission mentioned above conducts Combined Defense Service Examination every year and is preparing for UPSC CDS II 2022. The commission has scheduled UPSC CDS II 2022 to be held on 4th September 2022.
To get permission for admission in the CDS II 2022 examination, applicants will have to complete and submit the CDS 2 2022 registration form online. The commission has prepared a digital application form and a link to it has been shared on the website https://upsconline.nic.in. Willing Indian nationals will have to complete all the online steps for UPSC CDS 2022. All the application submission formalities must be completed by 7th June 2022.

Educational Qualification Required for UPSC CDS 2 2022
Indian Military Academy, Dehradun –
Indian nationals who are willing to join the above-mentioned Military Academy must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala –
Indian nationals who are willing to join the above-mentioned Naval Academy must have a Graduate Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution/university.
Air Force Academy, Hyderabad –
Indian nationals who are willing to join the above-mentioned Air Force Academy must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university. He should have read Physics and Mathematics at a 10+2 level.
Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai (Madras) –
Indian nationals who are willing to join the above-mentioned Training Academy must have a Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.

The officers from the rank of Lieutenant to Brigadier will receive Military Service Pay (MSP) of rupees 15,500 per month (fixed) in addition to the above pay scale.
During the entire training duration, cadets will receive a stipend pay of rupees 56,000/- per month.

The commission has introduced both online and offline modes of payment. Applicants are to opt for payment modes while filling up the prescribed online application form.
Applicants who have banking services like Credit Card/ Debit card/Internet Banking can opt for online payment. Such applicants can remit their fees during the filling of the prescribed online form.
But the other applicants who don’t have any of the above-mentioned banking services can opt for offline payment and will have to take a printout of the payment challan.
Applicants are to visit the nearest SBI branch along with the print copy of the challan and the amount printed in the challan.
