UP Higher Judicial Service 2023 Salary Details

The selected candidates will be appointed under the UP Higher Judicial Service 2023 by this notification and entitled to a pay scale of ₹ 14,840 – 1,94,660.

Eligibility Criteria Required for UP Higher Judicial Service Exam 2023

Educational Qualification

Willing applicants must have passed the law graduate degree from a recognized institution/university.

Applicants with the above degree must be a practising advocate of experience not less than seven years as of the last date of receipt of the application, i.e. February 29, 2024.

Other Criteria –

The candidate should be a citizen of India.

A candidate should have good character and sound health. He/She should be free of diseases that can make him/her unfit for these positions.

Advocates who belong to General/UR applying under this notification for the Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Exam 2023 must have attained the age of 35 years and have not reached the age of 45 years on January 01, 2024.

Candidates of the SC/ST/OBC category of Uttar Pradesh state must have attended the upper age of 48 years on January 01, 2024.
