The education department of Bihar has asked for vacant teacher details from the primary schools in the state. The department has shared a copy of the compiled report with the Bihar Public Service Commission. It has also included a recruitment proposal along with the vacancy report. The commission has released a recruitment notification at the request of the education department.

The candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution/university.
