Jharkhand Education Project Council is a state implementing agency. It implements state and Central projects related to the educational domain.`It is also responsible for implementing Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan(SSA), the national program of the Government of India for providing qualifications all over India. 

The agency has identified some loopholes that are restricting the performance of the Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan. It has decided to include new candidates in state and district cadre to overcome these restrictions. It invites online applications from eligible candidates up to 8th December 2021. The last date for application submission has been extended up to 20th December 2021. The education department has re-extended the last date of application submission and the updated details are elaborated below.

Qualification Details

Finance & Account Officer –

A candidate willing to participate in the Finance & Account Officer position must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.

Expert EMIS –

A candidate willing to participate in the Expert EMIS position must have either a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or a PG diploma in Computer Science/ IT/ Information Management with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.

District Program Manager –

A candidate willing to participate in the District Program Manager position must have a Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.

Assistant Program Manager –

A candidate willing to participate in the Assistant Program Manager position must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.

Accounts Officer –

A candidate willing to participate in the Account Officer position must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized institution/university.

Computer Programmer –

A candidate willing to participate in the Computer Programmer position must have either a Master’s degree in Computer Application or MIT or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & communication from a recognized institution/university.

Assistant Computer Programmer –

Two major projects, Swachh Bharat and Jal Jivan missions are run by the department of drinking water and sanitation. This department requires manpower to manage and monitor these two projects under the following conditions.

Qualification Details

Suite Water Quality Consultant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Suite Water Quality Consultant must have an M. Tech Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Water Resource Engineering or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of water quality, management, and testing.

WQ Assistant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for WQ Assistant must have a Master’s Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Water Engineering or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least two years in the field of water quality management.

NABL Expert – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for NABL Expert must have a B.E. Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Environmental Science or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of water quality management.

State IEC Coordinator – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for State IEC Coordinator must have a Postgraduate Degree in Social Work/Public Relation /Mass Communication/Journalism or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of designing, planning, and management of strategic communication.

M&E Officer – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for M&E Officer must have a Postgraduate Degree or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Demography /Statistics or other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation.

Qualification Details

Nutritional Counselor –

A candidate willing to serve in this position must have either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition or Home Science from a recognized institution/university. 

He/She must possess relevant work experience of a minimum of one year.

The candidate must be able to operate a computer with MS Office packages and data management skills.

Cook –

A candidate must have passed the 10th class examination from a recognized Board and work experience in cooking in any institution or another qualification mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

ANM –

A candidate must have passed the Intermediate examination and have completed an ANM course from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution. 

He/She should be registered and active with the Jharkhand Nursing Council.

Staff Nurse –

A candidate must possess either a B. Sc Nursing or GNM completion certificate from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution. 

He/She must be registered and active with the Jharkhand Nursing Council.

Clinical Psychology –

A candidate willing to serve as a Clinical Psychology must have a Postgraduate in Psychology or Applied Psychology from a recognized institution. And Master’s degree in Medical Science & Social Psychology after the completion of the above qualification with a minimum of two years of clinical training from an institution recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Psychiatric Nurse –

A candidate willing to serve as a Psychiatric Nurse must have a B.Sc Nursing or equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the Nursing Council of India. He must have a minimum of two years of work experience in Psychiatry/Mental Health from any institution.

Psychiatric Social worker –

A candidate willing to serve as Psychiatry Social Worker must have completed a 2 years course of Mental Health or Psychiatric Social Work from a recognized institution. 

PPM Coordinator –

A candidate willing to serve as a PPM coordinator must have a postgraduate degree and a minimum of 1 year work experience in the field of Communication/ ACSM/ Public Private Partnership/ Health Projects/ Programs.

He must possess a permanent two-wheeler driving license with driving experience.

STS –

A candidate willing to serve as STS must have either a Bachelor’s degree or a certificate of Sanitary Inspector course from a recognized institution.

He/She must be able to work on a computer with a certificate of minimum 2 months.

He must possess a permanent two-wheeler driving license with driving experience.

STLS –

A candidate willing to serve as STLS must have a Graduate degree and diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

DMC-LT –
