The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Stenography Skill Test and the Personality Test/Viva voce test will be placed in a position applied for and will be entitled to the below post-wise pay level:

Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand High Court Stenographer Recruitment 2024
Citizens of India willing to appear must have the following eligibility criteria for selection and engagement to the Stenographer posts to be posted in Civil Courts in Jharkhand.
Educational Qualification Required for Stenographer Post
Willing Indin citizens must have a graduate degree in any subject from a recognized university.
In addition to the above qualification, the applicants must have Stenography and Typing skills with a speed of 80 words per minute (wpm) in English and 40 words per minute (wpm) in English respectively.
Other Criteria –
- The applicants must be adept at typing on a Computer with knowledge of working on computers.

The date for reckoning minimum and maximum age limit is January 1, 2024.
