The Assam Police has announced that 306 existing vacancies in the rank of Sub Inspector of police are vacant. The police department is willing to fill up the existing vacancies with suitable candidates. The department has approached State Level Police Recruitment Board, Assam to meet its requirement.
The board has released in notification on its official website for Sub Inspector of the police recruitment. Any candidate who made the criteria set by the State Level Police Recruitment Board can register himself. The public notification has stated the registration process will end on 9th January 2022.

Qualification Details
Sub-Inspector (UB) –
A candidate willing to apply for the Constable (UB) position must have passed A graduate degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or equivalent discipline from a recognized institution/university.
Other criteria-
The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam state.
He/She must have a live registration with the local Employment exchange of Assam.
The candidate must be able to speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
