Indian citizens willing to claim seats in Librarian, Assistant Professor (Home Science), and Physical Training Instructor posts must have the below educational qualifications and age limits.
Educational Qualification Details
Librarian –
Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection test for the Librarian post must have passed a Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science or Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.
In addition to the above qualification, the applicants must have knowledge of the computerization of library with good academic record.
Besides the above qualifications, the applicants must have passed the National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or the applicants must be awarded a PhD degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission.
They must have a working knowledge of Hindi-written devnagri script and be aware of Rajasthani culture.
Physical Training Instructor –
Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection test for the Librarian post must have passed a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Physical Education or Sports Science with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent professional degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.
Such candidates must have also records of having represented the University/College at the Inter-University/Inter College Competition or the State and/or National Championships.
Besides the above qualifications, the applicants must have passed the National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC/CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET or the applicants must be awarded a PhD degree in accordance with the University Grant Commission.

Assistant Professor (Home Science) –

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has adopted a digital application processing system for the submission and processing of the applicants’ applications under the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

One Time Registration
Candidates who don’t possess an OTR ID will have to register first through https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in website to get an OTR ID.
One-time registration also needs a fee that each applicant must pay during the registration and it varies from category to category.
The system will generate an OTR ID with a password for each candidate upon completing the registration process and will be shared by registered email or mobile number.
Filling out of application form
Log on to your SSO profile using the OTR number and password. Fill out the application with the relevant details asked from each applicant.
Taking printout of finally submitted details
You have to take the printout to keep a hard copy of the details provided in the prescribed application form for future reference.
