Patna High Court has decided to include short-term supporting staff under the below-mentioned terms and conditions. The high court has released an engagement notification on its official website. The to be selected under this recruitment process will be placed in Personal Assistant positions initially for six months. The engagement period may be extended as per the administrative exigency of the high court.

Graduates from Indian nationals who own a diploma certificate along with shorthand and typing skills can register for eligibility verification for the selection test. The high court has decided to collect details from the applicants in the digital format of applications. Willing Indian nationals are to complete and submit their applications up to 5th May 2022.

Educational Qualification Required for Patna High Court PA Position

Indian nationals who are willing to participate in the selection test for the above post must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.

The applicant must hold either a diploma or a certificate of at least a 6-month course in computer application from a recognized institution.

The applicants must have qualified English shorthand and English typing examination with the issuance of certificates from a recognized institution.

 The shorthand speed in English must be 80 words per minute and the typing speed of 40 words per minute mandatory skills are to be tested.

Mode of Selection 

Skill Test –

The high court will conduct an English shorthand and typing test.  Applicants will have to achieve a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute whereas in the English computer typing test 40 words per minute, qualifying for the next round.

Interview –

All the candidates who will qualify first round will be shortlisted for the second round and the result will be published on the official website of the High Court.
