राजकीय Polytechnic संस्थानों के अतिरिक्त उद्योग विभाग झारखंड के अधीन संचालित Jharkhand Government Mini Tool Room & Training Centre, Ranchi, एवं Government Tool Room & Training Centre, Dumka Tool & Die Making संस्थानों द्वारा संचालित पाठ्यक्रम के शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2023—24 में नए उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश कराने का उद्देश्य है।

झारखंड राज्य के स्थाई/स्थानीय निवासी जिन्होंने माध्यमिक/दसवीं या समकक्ष परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण घोषित किए गए हैं या शैक्षणिक वर्ष – 2023 की अहर्क परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले विद्यार्थी भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

1. Registration & filling of the application fee.

आवेदन के लिए यह प्रारंभिक चरण है जिसे आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुरू करने से पहले आवेदकों को प्रथम चरण के रूप में संपन्न करना है। इसके लिए आवेदक को Jharkhand Polytechnic Official Website के माध्यम से Registration की प्रक्रिया को संपन्न करना है।

रजिस्ट्रेशन के पश्चात आवेदक अपने अकाउंट में प्राप्त रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर एवं पासवर्ड के माध्यम से प्रवेश करना है तत्पश्चात वेब एप्लीकेशन आवेदक के लिए निर्धारित प्रारूप में ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत करता है।

इस ऑनलाइन प्रारूप में आवेदक अपनी निजी जानकारी जैसे – आवेदक का नाम, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम, जन्मतिथि, लिंग, पता, एवं जाति समुदाय दावे के लिए उपयुक्त सूचना दर्ज कर सकता है।

साथ ही आवेदक विकलांगता स्थिति, वार्षिक आय, आधार नंबर, परीक्षा केंद्र का चयन, ईमेल आईडी, एवं मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज कराना होगा।

2. Image Uploading.

यह आवेदन प्रक्रिया का दूसरा चरण है जिसमें आवेदक निर्दिष्ट स्थान पर अपना रंगीन फोटो की Scanned copy जिनका size 15 KB से 100 KB, अपने हस्ताक्षर की scanned copy जिनका size 10 KB से 30 KB एवं साथ में बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे की scanned copy को अपलोड करना है।

3. Application Fee Payment.

यह आवेदन प्रक्रिया का अंतिम चरण है जिसमें आवेदक को अपनी जाति समुदाय के लिए अंकित परीक्षा शुल्क एवं बैंक चार्ज का भुगतान ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया से संपन्न करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। परीक्षा शुल्क एवं बैंक चार्ज अप्रतिदेय है, जिससे किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस करने का प्रावधान नहीं है।

Educational Qualification Required for Posts Under NCSM Recruitment 2023

  • Office Assistant Gr. Ill
    • Higher Secondary or its equivalent from a recognized board/Council.
    • Applicant must have qualified in typing test of 10 minutes duration with at least 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a Computer.
  • Artist-A
    • Diploma/Certificate in Fine/Commercial Art of at least 2 years after Secondary Level Class.
    • Moreover, the applicant must possess one year of relevant experience after the above qualification.
  • Technician-A
    • Candidates must have possessed an ITI certificate of 2 years duration courses or their equivalent which should be achieved after SSC or matriculation from a recognized board/council.
    • Moreover, the applicant must possess one year of experience after the above qualification.
  • Technical Assistant-A
    • 3 years diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized institution. Or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application/Computer Science from a recognized institution/university.
  • Exhibition Assistant-A
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts/Fine Arts/Commercial Arts from a recognized institution/University.
  • Education Assistant-A
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics and a combination of any two following subjects –

Relaxation in upper age provision is also implemented as per the Government of India rules. The government has divided applicants into different categories and some marked categories will only get the benefit of relaxation at their upper age.
