Eligibility Criteria & Requirements for DRDO Scholarship Scheme.

The eligibility criteria for under Graduate and Post Graduate are laid below. Applicants should go through the eligibility criteria carefully before applying any of these scholarship.

Under Graduate Level(BE/B. Tech/ B. Sc Engineering) :-

A total of 20 scholarships will be provided under the Graduate level that includes the disciplines Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering/ Space Engineering & Rocketry/ Avionics/ Aircraft Engineering. At the Graduate level, the amount of scholarship is ₹ 1,20,000/ year or annual fees whichever is less for a minimum period of four years. The eligibility criteria and requirements for the Graduate level scholarship are laid below.

• Only Indian nationals are eligible for this scholarship scheme.
• The applicant in the 1st year of the current academic year 2020 – 21 to the relevant discipline.
• The applicant should have qualified the JEE(Main) examination.
• A valid JEE (Main) Scorecard is mandatory.

Post Graduate Level(ME/M. Tech/ M. Sc Engineering) :-

A total of 10 scholarships will be provided under the Post Graduate level that includes the disciplines Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering/ Space Engineering & Rocketry/ Avionics/ Aircraft Engineering. At the Graduate level, the amount of scholarship is ₹ 15,500/ Month subject to ₹ 1,86,000/year for a minimum period of two years. The eligibility criteria and requirements for the Post Graduate level scholarship are laid below.

• Only Indian nationals are eligible for this scholarship scheme.
• The applicant in the 1st year of the current academic year 2020 – 21 to the relevant discipline.
• During their Graduation, the applicant should have secured a minimum of 60% marks.
• The applicant should have qualified the GATE examination.
• A valid GATE Scorecard is mandatory.
