The selection process shall be conducted under the Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2012 and Odisha Multipurpose Health Worker Service Rules, 2019.
The candidates selected and appointed in Multipurpose Health Worker posts in Odisha will be paid ₹ 21,700 – 69,100/-, Pay Matrix Level – 5, Cell – 1 on a regular payroll.
