The commission has got instructions to initiate a recruitment cycle to get candidates for these vacant positions.
The commission will hold a test named Civil Service Examination 2021. Candidates willing to appear at the above-mentioned examination must register in the prescribed online application form. The registration process will start on 10th January and continue up to 9th February 2022.

Qualification Require for Odisha Civil Service 2021 Preliminary Examination
A candidate willing to participate in this Odisha Civil Service Examination 2021 must have passed a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution/university.
Other Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must be a citizen of India.
- He/She must be able to read, write, and speak Odia language and must have passed the Middle School Standard or equivalent Odia language examination.
- Candidates who have more than one spouse living are not eligible.
