Qualification Details
Management Trainee (Marketing) –
A candidate willing to serve as Management Trainee (Marketing) must have an M. Sc degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institution with a specialization in any discipline. Or any other qualifications mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification from a recognized institution.
He/She also has a B.Sc degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institution.
Management Trainee (HR) –
A candidate willing to serve as Management Trainee (HR) must have two years of full-time MBA/PG Degree or Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized institution with a specialization in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.
