The National Council of Science Museum, an autonomous society. It administers 25 Science museums/centers spread across the country. It also manages Central Research & Training Laboratory (CRTL) that was established in Kolkata. This CRTL requires candidates in the Scientific, Technical & Administrative categories. To get informed, this autonomous society has released a notification of recruitment on its official website in this regard.
This notification includes all the categories mentioned earlier as scientific, technical, and administrative, including the vacant positions. This science museum society is asking for details from the wheeling Indian citizens. Qualification Details
Curator ‘B’ –
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test for the above post must have one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution/university.
- M.Sc with 1st Class /1st Class B.E. or B.Tech with 1-year experience post qualification.
- 1st Class M.Sc/1st Class B.E. or B.Tech with MS/ M.Tech. in Science Communication (Post M.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tcch. Course)
- M.Tech/M.E/M.S(Engg.) / Ph.D. (Science) /Ph.D. (Engg)
Assistant Executive Engineer –
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test for the above post must have passed a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution/university.
Section Officer –
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test for the above post must have passed a university degree from a recognized institution/university.
The applicant must have at least 02 (Two) years of experience in Government offices/PSU/ Autonomous Body/Statutory Body in the establishment, administration, and finance.
Office Assistant Gr. I –
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection test for the above post must have passed a university degree from a recognized institution/university.
