Qualification Details
Stenographer Grade -2 –
A candidate willing to join in the selection process of the Stenographer Grade -2 examination must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.
He also completed one year of a Diploma course in Computer Application from the MP Government recognized institution.
The candidate must possess the C.P.C.T. examination scorecard conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
The candidate must possess a Hindi shorthand examination passed certificate with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute from the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
Stenographer Grade-3 –
A candidate willing to join in the selection process of the Stenographer Grade -3 examination must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.
He also completed one year of a Diploma course in Computer Application from the MP Government recognized institution.
The candidate must possess the C.P.C.T. examination scorecard conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
He/She should qualify for Hindi shorthand and typing examinations with a minimum speed @ 80 wpm from a recognized institution.
Stenographer Grade-3 (Court Manager Staff) –
A candidate willing to join in the selection process of the Stenographer Grade -3 (Court Manager Staff) examination must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.
He also completed one year of a Diploma course in Computer Application from the MP Government recognized institution.
The candidate must possess the C.P.C.T. examination scorecard conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
He/She should qualify for Hindi shorthand and typing examinations with a minimum speed @ 80 wpm from a recognized institution.
Assistant Grade-3 –
A candidate willing to join in the selection process of the Stenographer Grade -3 examination must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.
He also completed one year of a Diploma course in Computer Application from the MP Government recognized institution.
The candidate must possess the C.P.C.T. examination scorecard conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
Assistant Grade-3 (English Knowing) –
A candidate willing to join in the selection process of the Stenographer Grade -3 (English Knowing) examination must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized institution/university.
He also completed one year of a Diploma course in Computer Application from the MP government-recognized institution.
The candidate must possess the C.P.C.T. examination scorecard conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Government recognized institution.
He/She should qualify for English shorthand and typing examinations with minimum speed @ 80 wpm from a recognized institution.
Other Criteria –
The candidate should be a citizen of India.
A candidate should have good character and sound health. He/She should be free of disease that can make him/her unfit for these positions.
