वैसे भारतीय नागरिकों को इस पद के लिए आवेदन के योग्य माना जाएगा जिन्होंने किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थान से न्यूनतम दसवीं/ मैट्रिक कक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर चुके हैं ।

इसके साथ ही अभ्यार्थी झारखंड रेशम तकनीकी विकास संस्थान, चाईबासा से 1 वर्षीय का सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स ( सेरीकल्चर/ सिल्क/ वीविंग/ सिल्क डाई प्रिंटिंग) पूरा किया हो।
Along with this, the candidate should have completed 1-year certificate course (Sericulture / Silk / Weaving / Silk Dye Printing) from Jharkhand Institute of Silk Technological Development, Chaibasa.

Remittance of examination fees
On the next day, after completing filling in the particulars in the prescribed online application on several pages, you have to proceed to the next step, the examination fee remittance.

Upload photograph and signature
On the next day, you have to again login to your account and proceed to the next step, uploading of photograph and signature in the prescribed area with the proper format and size.
