Medical colleges in Jharkhand have submitted reports to their parent department. Health, Medical Education, and Family Welfare is the parent department of medical colleges in Jharkhand. All the medical colleges have asked the department to supply manpower. The department will place the new candidates as Assistant Professors in medical colleges.
The department has aligned with the Jharkhand Public Service Commission. The commission will conduct the whole recruitment process for the selection of new candidates. The schedule of all activities is tabulated below.

Qualification Details
Assistant Professor –
Any Indian citizen willing to participate in the selection of Assistant Professor post must have a Graduate degree in MD/MS/DNB in the concerned discipline from an institution/university as per the TEQ Regulations.
The Applicant must have three years of work experience as Junior Resident in a permitted or recognized medical college.
