The above-mentioned company has released a public notification for engagement on a contract basis as the execution of the recruitment process. The recruitment process also has an interview/group discussion round.
The initial contract may be for three years after the successful completion of one year probation period. Candidates have to furnish a notary public affidavit support to non-claim for a permanent or regular job in JPHCL.

Eligibility Criteria of JE, Draftsman, and Account Assistant
Junior Engineer (Civil) – A candidate willing to join the interview/Group Discussion for selection of the Junior Engineer (Civil) post must have a full-time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution/university.
He/She must have at least 3 years of work experience in Govt/ PSU/ Reputed Private sector in the relevant field.
Draftsman – A candidate willing to join the interview/Group Discussion for selection of the Draftsman must have qualified with knowledge of Auto CAD from a recognized institution/university.
He must have at least 5 years of work experience in Govt/PSU/ Reputed Private sector in the relevant field.
Accounts Assistant (Cashier) – A candidate willing to join the interview/Group Discussion for selection of the Accounts Assistant (Cashier) must have passed C.A. with knowledge of tally from a recognized institution.
He/She must have at least three years of work experience in Govt/PSU/ Reputed Private sector in the relevant field.
Accounts Assistant (Taxation) – A candidate willing to join the interview/Group Discussion for selection of the Accounts Assistant (Taxation) must have passed C.A. with knowledge of tally from a recognized institution.
He/She must have at least three years of work experience in Govt/PSU/ Reputed Private sector in the relevant field.

Selection Procedure for JE, Draftsman, and Account Assistant Under JPHCL
The selection committee as per convenience will conduct an interview/group discussion. Short-listed candidates will have to undergo an argument with the Corporation to get employment.
Contract Period for JE, Draftsman, and Account Assistant Under JPHCL
The candidates who will qualify for all the rounds during the selection process will be placed on a probation period of 1 year.
Upon satisfactory completion of one year probation period, the engagement period may be extended up to 3 years.
