Such Indian citizens who had not submitted applications under the above notification but are eligible for Executive Engineer positions can register, fill out, and submit it by August 21, 2023.
As per the published JEPC Executive Engineer Recruitment 2023 PDF notification, willing Indian citizens must have a B.E/B. Tech Engineering degree in Civil discipline from a recognized institution/university.

Qualification
- Executive Engineer-
- Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection test for Executive Engineer positions must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.
- The participating candidate must have work experience in supervising building construction work of a minimum of five years.

How to Apply for JEPC Executive Engineer Posts?
The Jharkhand Education Project Council has had a digital proforma developed for processing applicants’ details.
Citizens of India who meet the eligibility criteria will have to complete the following steps in order to successfully submission of their applications.
Registration
Visitors who are new applicants have to register first in the JEPC database to create an account.
The digital registration form developed will ask for some basic details such as the applicant’s name, email, mobile number, and a string to complete the registration process.
Fill out Application
Log into your account using the user ID and password generated at the time of registration. Fill in the blanks with accurate information in connection to the applicant. Review more than one times your field details before hitting the submit button.
Pay Application Fee
This step is for applicants who have filled out the application form but the application fee has not been paid yet. The system will redirect to the payment page where the applicant has to complete their payment details. The amount will be deducted on authentication by the applicant.
Take Printout of Transaction and Application Submission Details
Take printouts of details such as feat transaction and application submission and keep hard copies for future reference.
