Eligibility Criteria for JEPC Assistant Engineer and Executive Engineer Posts.
- Assistant Engineer – Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection test for Assistant Engineer positions must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university. The participating candidate must have work experience in supervising building construction work of a minimum of three years.
- Executive Engineer- Indian citizens willing to participate in the selection test for Executive Engineer positions must have a B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university. The participating candidate must have work experience in supervising building construction work of a minimum of five years.

Criteria (Qualification) for Law Executive Post
- Law Executive
- Indian citizens freshly graduated with a law degree can claim eligibility for the law executive post under this recruitment notification.
- The applicant must have secured 45% minimum marks at their graduation if the candidate belongs to the unreserved and economically weaker section.
- Candidates under SC /ST will get the benefit of relaxation in graduate-level marks, they must have secured 45% marks.

Whereas candidates posted in districts as Districts of Ranchi, Dhanbad, Bokaro, and Jamshedpur only will receive across pay of ₹ 33,145/-.
