  A candidate should have passed the 10th Standard Examination from a recognized board.

• He should possess a valid driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles.

• Ability to remove minor defects in vehicles.

• Knowledge of motor mechanisms.

• At least three years of light and heavy motor vehicle driving experience.
