IDBI Junior Assistant Manager and Executive Consolidated Remuneration Details
Candidates who will apply for junior assistant manager Grade “O” and be selected and posted to this position will get compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, on joining the Bank’s services.
The compensation amount would range between ₹ 6.14 lakh to ₹ 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining.
Those candidates who will be selected and posted to Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under-

Junior Assistant Manager –
Willing Indian citizens must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC /ST /PWBD candidates) marks from a recognized institution/university.
Executive –
Willing Indian citizens must have a graduate degree from a recognized institution/university.
