IBPS CRP SPL XII Recruitment 2023-24

IBPS has scheduled an online preliminary examination for the selection of men and women in“specialist cadre” posts in the participating banks. The examination has been tentatively scheduled for December 2022/ January 2023. 

The table below is listing posts reported by the participating banks.  The number of vacancies can be increased as some participating banks have not reported to date.

Educational Qualification for IBPS CRP SPL XII Posts 

I.T. Officer (Scale-I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as IT officers must have four years of Engineering /Technology degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized university. Or 

Any other qualifications mentioned in the official notification in respect of this position.

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale- I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as an Agricultural Field Officer must have a Graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science from a recognized university. Or 

Graduate degree in any discipline mentioned in the official notification in respect of this position.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale- I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as Rajbhasha Adhikari must have a Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as an elective or major subject at the graduate level from a recognized institution/university. Or 

Any other qualifications mentioned in the official notification in respect of this position

Law Officer (Scale- I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as Law Officers must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution/university. 

Applicants must be registered members as Advocates with the Bar Council.

HR/Personnel Officer (Scale- I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as HR/Personnel Officers must have a Graduate Degree along with either two years of full-time Degrees or a Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law from a recognized institution/university. 

Marketing Officer (Scale- I) –

Indian citizens willing to serve as Marketing Officers must have a Graduate Degree along with either two years full-time Degrees or a Diploma in PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with a specialization in Marketing from a recognized institution/university.

The payment processing Bank will impose additional charges for making the payment process convenient and enabling applicants to make payments during the filling up application.

In the above fees, GST is also applicable and is borne by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
