IBPS Conducts CRP SPL- XI 2022 – 23 for Specialist Cadre Officers.

Institute of Banking personnel selection has started a common recruitment process for the recruitment of specialist cadre officers. The mentioned institute will conduct election examinations to get suitable candidates from the open market. It has published a public recruitment notification on its official website.

Qualification Details

I.T. Officer (Scale-I) –

A candidate willing to serve as an IT Officer must have four years of Engineering /Technology degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized university. Or any other qualifications mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale- I) –

A candidate willing to serve as an Agricultural Field Officer must have a Graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science from a recognized university. Or the same qualification in any disciplines mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale- I) –

A candidate willing to serve as Rajbhasha Adhikari must have a Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as an elective or major subject at the graduate level from a recognized institution/university. Or another qualification mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

Law Officer (Scale- I) –

A candidate willing to serve as Law Officer must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution/university. 

He/She must be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council.

HR/Personnel Officer (Scale- I) –

A candidate willing to serve as HR/Personnel Officer must have a Graduate Degree and either two years full-time degrees or diplomas in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR / HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law from a recognized institution/university. 

Marketing Officer (Scale- I) –

A candidate willing to serve as Marketing Officer must have a Graduate Degree and either two years full-time degrees or diplomas in PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing from a recognized institution/university.

All categories of candidates will have to bear the bank transaction or convenience charges for the above fees processing. In the above fees, GST is also applicable, which is borne by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
