Assistant Public Prosecutor (Group B)-

A candidate should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution/university. 

He/She should have a minimum of 2 years work experience as Practicing Advocate.

• Applicants must be a citizen of India.

• He/She must be able to read, write, and speak Odia language and must have passed the Middle School Standard or equivalent Odia language examination.

• Candidates who have more than one spouse living, won’t be appointed unless the State Government exempts his/her case.

• Candidates who have been debarred at any time by Odisha Public Service Commission or other State Public Service Commission or UPSC for appearing at any examination/interview.
