Law Clerk (Trainee) –

The candidate should have passed 3 years professional or 5 years integrated Law Degree from a recognized institution/University.

He/She should be able to work with computers in Data Entry, Word Processing applications, etc.

Other Criteria –

The candidate should be a citizen of India.

A candidate should have good character and sound health. He/She should be free of disease that can make him/her unfit for this position.

He/She should be a fresh Law Graduate and has not started practice as an advocate engaged in any other profession.
