1586 Medical Officer Vacancies for SC and ST in Health & Family Welfare Department, Odisha.

The Health and Family Welfare Department of the Odisha Government is conducting a special recruitment drive for SC, ST cadre of Odisha Medical and Health Services. The above-mentioned department will place these new to be recruited candidates as medical officers (assistant surgeons) in group A (a junior branch). The department has identified vacant positions and submitted a copy of the report to the Odisha Public Service Commission.

The commission has published a public notification derived from the vacancy report received from the Health and Family Welfare Department in the state. The commission is asking for eligibility details from the SC and ST categories candidates, especially from Orissa. The mentioned commission will continue the registration process up to 21st August 2021.

Qualification Details.

Medical Officer-

A degree of M.B.B.S or equivalent from a Medical institution/College recognized by the Medical Council of India. A valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical Registration Act, 1961 (O.A. 18 of 1961) is mandatory.

Age & Relaxation Details.

Doctors serving on ad hoc for contractual basis under State Government or State Government undertaking will get further 5 years age relaxation in upper age.
