FSSAI Recruits for 233 Food Analyst, Technical Officer, and Other Positions.

The Food Safety & Standard Authority of India is a statutory body established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India. It creates standards for food to regulate its manufacturer, storage, distribution, sale, and import to ensure the availability of safe food. The said body has decided to include new candidates for vacant positions with it.

It has published a public notification incorporated the vacancy report to inform suitable candidates from all over India. A block in the notification request eligible candidates to disclose their details through the prescribed online applications up to 7th November 2021.

Vacancy & Pay Level Details.

Qualification Details.

Food Analyst – 

A candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or related disciplines mentioned in respect of this position from a recognized institution/university.

He/She must have at least three years of relevant work experience.

Technical Officer – 

A candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or related disciplines mentioned in respect of this position from a recognized institution/university.

Or other qualifications mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

Central Food Safety Officer (CFSO) – 

A candidate must have a Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Biotechnology or Oil Technology or Agricultural Science or related disciplines mentioned in respect of this position from a recognized institution/university.

Or other qualifications mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

Assistant Manager (IT) – 

A candidate must have passed a B.E./B. Tech Degree Computer Science or relevant engineering disciplines from a recognized institution/university.

He/She must have at least five years of relevant work experience.

Assistant Manager – 

The candidate must possess either Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication or Public Relation from a recognized university or Institute. 

Assistant – 

A candidate must have passed a Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized institution/university.

Hindi Translator – 

A candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at the degree level from a recognized institution/university. Or other qualifications mentioned in respect of this position in the official notification.

He/She must a certificate of translation from Hindi to English or vice versa or two years of experience in translation in Hindi to English and vice versa from a central/state govt office.

Personal Assistant – 

A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution/university and shorthand @ 80 words per minute and typing skills in Hindi @ 35 words per minute and @ 40 words per minute in English languages.

IT Assistant – 

A candidate must have passed Bachelors Degree with at least one year PG Diploma/ Degree in Computer Application or Information Technology from a recognized institution/university.

Or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application from a recognized institution.

Junior Assistant Grade- 1 – 

A candidate must have passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/ University.
