Management Trainee Salary Details Under Exim Bank 2023
Candidates who are to be in the selection list will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM-I) as Deputy Manager. A monthly stipend of 55,000/- will be paid during the period of training.
After successful completion of a training period for one year in the Bank, the pay band for Deputy Managers (JM-I) appointed in the service of the Bank shall be ( 36000 – 1490 – 46430 – 1740 – 49910 – 1990 – 63840) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.

Qualification
- Management Trainee (MT) (Banking Operations)
- An applicant must have passed graduation with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average from a recognized institution/university.
- The applicant must have completed an MBA / PGDCA or equivalent with a Finance or Chartered Accountant.
- Management Trainee (MT) (Digital Technology)
- Willing Indian citizens must have a B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 60% marks. Or
- MCA with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution.
- Management Trainee (MT) (Rajbhasha)
- An applicant must have passed graduation with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average from a recognized institution/university. And
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
