Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB Grade 4 Junior Assistant and Other Recruitment 2023

Willing Indian citizens must have the set eligibility criteria of educational qualification and age limit for the posts as mentioned earlier in DSSSB Grade 4 Junior Assistant and other recruitment 2023.

Qualification Details

• Grade-IV/Junior Assistant
  • Indian citizens willing to participate in the Combined Competitive Examination 2023 must have passed 12th from a recognized Board / Institution. 
  • Applicants with the above qualification must have typing skills with a speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer.
• Stenographer
  • Indian citizens willing to participate in the Combined Competitive Examination 2023 must have passed 12th under the 10+2 system from a recognized Board / Institution. 
  • Applicants with the above qualification must have typing skills with a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English.
• Lower Division Clerk-cum- Typist (English/Hindi)
  • Indian citizens willing to participate in the earlier mentioned competitive examination 2023 must have passed 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
  • Willing applicants with the above qualification must have typing skills with a speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
• Jr. Stenographer
  • Citizens of India having the intention to work with a department under the Government of Delhi Senior must have Secondary or equivalent certificates from a recognized Board / University for direct recruitment.
  • Willing citizens must have Proficiency in shorthand and typing skills with a minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing.
• Junior Assistant
  • Those who are willing to work with her department under the government of Delhi must have 12th Class passed from a recognized Board or University; and
  • A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
• Stenographer
  • Intending to work with a department of the Government of Delhi, the willing citizens of India must have passed 12th under the 10+2 system from a recognized Board / University and
  • They must have skills with a Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand & 40 w.p.m. in typing in English on a Computer.
• Junior Assistant
  • Ready to be appointed to Junior Assistant positions must have passed 12th from a recognized Board and
  • Proficiency in Type Writing with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute in English OR 30 words per minute in Hindi.
• Junior Stenographer (English)
  • Ready to work as Junior Stenographers (English) Indian citizens must have passed 12th from a recognized Board or University and
  • Shorthand Speed 100 words per minute Typing Speed 40 words per minute
• Junior Assistant
  • Those who are willing to be appointed to Junior Assistant must have passed 12th or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University and
  • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer ( 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word ).
• Stenographer Grade – II
  • Willing to be appointed to Stenographer Grade -II must have passed 12th or equivalent under the 10+2 system from a recognized Board or University and
  • Skills with a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in shorthand and 40 words per minute (w.p.m.) in typewriting in English
• Lower Division Clerk
  • Indian citizens willing to be appointed to Lower Division Clerk positions must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University and
  • A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
• Junior Assistant
  • Indian citizens willing to work as Junior Assistants must have passed 12th from a recognized Board / Institution and
  • A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on a Computer.
• Junior Stenographer (Hindi)
  • Citizens looking for jobs with a qualification Senior Secondary (12th pass) with Hindi as a subject from any recognized Board / Institute with proficiency in Hindi can apply against the Junior Assistant (Hindi) positions.
• Asstt. Grade-I
  • Sr. Secondary from a recognized Board or its equivalent and
  • Should pass the typewriting in English with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute or in Hindi with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on Computer ( 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression of each word.)

Indian citizens willing to participate in the DSSSB Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2023 must have the prescribed qualification from a recognized institution/university.

The crucial date for determining age limits is February 7, 2024.

DSSSB Grade 4 Junior Assistant and Other Recruitment 2023 Application Fee and Remittance Details

The selection board has had the SBI e-Pay payment gateway integrated with the prescribed online application to accept application fees from the applicants while filling up the details on the application form.

Applicants can pay using a Credit Card/Debit Card or Internet Banking while filling out the prescribed online application form.

No other mode of payment is available. The fee amount is not refundable irrespective of the worst circumstances.
