Drinking-Water & Sanitation Department Jharkhand recruits for SBM and Another Project.

The Government of Jharkhand is running many projects all over the state to supply and clean water. Two major projects, Swachh Bharat and Jal Jivan missions are run by the department of drinking water and sanitation. This department requires manpower to manage and monitor these two projects under the following conditions. 

The above-mentioned department has elaborated specific criteria to be eligible for each position in its official notification. These criteria of conditions have been also highlighted below. The department is asking for details from the eligible candidates in the prescribed online application form up to 30th November 2021.

Qualification Details

Suite Water Quality Consultant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Suite Water Quality Consultant must have an M. Tech Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Water Resource Engineering or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of water quality, management, and testing.

WQ Assistant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for WQ Assistant must have a Master’s Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Water Engineering or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least two years in the field of water quality management.

NABL Expert – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for NABL Expert must have a B.E. Degree in Chemical/ Biochemical/ Environmental Science or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of water quality management.

State IEC Coordinator – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for State IEC Coordinator must have a Postgraduate Degree in Social Work/Public Relation /Mass Communication/Journalism or any other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of designing, planning, and management of strategic communication.

M&E Officer – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for M&E Officer must have a Postgraduate Degree or PG Diploma in Rural Development/ Demography /Statistics or other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation.

MIS Coordinator – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for MIS Coordinator must have a Master’s Degree in Economics/Computer Science/ Information System or other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of development work.

Assistant MIS Coordinator – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Assistant MIS Coordinator must have a Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ Information System or other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of development work.

Hydrologist – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Hydrologist must have a Master’s Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology/Geo exploration with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation.

Training Coordinator – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Training Coordinator must have a Postgraduate Degree in Rural Development /Environment Sciences/ Environment Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in Capacity Building as a Training Coordinator. 

Training Assistant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Training Assistant must have passed a Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least two years in the Coordination/Capacity Building.

Receptionist cum Office Assistant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Receptionist cum Office Assistant must have passed a Graduate Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in front office management.

State Consultant MIS – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for State Consultant MIS must have a Master’s Degree in Economics/Computer Science/ Information System or other qualification mentioned in respect of this position with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of development work.

State Consultant IEC & HRD – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for State Consultant IEC & HRD must have either a Postgraduate Degree in Rural Development /Public Relation /Mass Communication/Journalism or Master’s Degree in Social Work with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least five years in the field of Water Sanitation and Hygiene.

State Consultant SLWM – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for State Consultant SLWM must have either a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development or Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/ Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years in the field of Solid Waste Management.

Office Assistant – 

A candidate willing to participate in the selection process for Office Assistant must have passed a Graduate Degree in Secretarial Training/ Training in office Management and/or General Administration with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized institution/university.

He must have work experience of at least three years as an Office Assistant.
