The official website of the India Post Department has published a report of reserved seats of meritorious sportspersons in the Delhi postal circle. The report indicates many vacant seats are there in Postal Assistant, Postman, and Multitasking positions. The department has directed the circle office to start a recruitment cycle to fill up these vacant positions.
The Delhi circle office has released a notification for the recruitment of meritorious sportspersons. The circle office requests the meritorious sports persons using a public notification and asks for profile details. The application in the prescribed format along with supporting documents must reach on or before 12nd November 2021.

Qualification Details
Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant –
A candidate willing to serve in this position must have passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University.
Before issuance of an appointment letter, the selected candidates will have to furnish a certificate of Basic Computer Training course from a recognized institution.
Postman –
A candidate who is willing to serve in this position must have passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University. And he must study the local language i.e. Hindi at least up to 10th standard.
Before issuance of an appointment letter, the selected candidates will have to furnish a certificate of Basic Computer Training course from a recognized institution.
The candidate should possess a valid driving license for two or three-wheeler or light motor vehicles.
Multitasking Staff –
A candidate who is willing to serve in this position must have passed the 10th standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. And he must study the local language, i.e. Hindi at least up to 10th standard.
Note – Accept the above educational qualification all the candidates must have sports qualifications as mentioned in the official notification.

Applicants of all categories will have to pay the above amount of application fee. They will have to remit their fee through e-payment in National e-biller ID – 70115 by any computerized post office in India, specifying the circle.
Applicants have to use the fee challan form. Application fees paid through cheque, demand draft, UCR, or any other modes are not acceptable and all such payment modes will be summarily rejected.
