Delhi Development Authority has recently released a recruitment notification containing 9 different positions in groups B and C level. The DDA Recruitment 2023 detailed notification was published on the official website on May 26, 2023.
As per the short notice, the DDA will conduct application processing online from June 3rd, 2023, and continue up to July 2nd, 2023.
Any citizen willing to work with the Delhi Development Authority and have all the required criteria can register and complete the prescribed online application form and submit it on or before July 2nd, 2023.

Educational Qualification
- Assistant Accounts Officer –
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary (CS) / ICWA /Master in Financial Control / MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution
- Assistant Section Officer –
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized University.
- Architectural Assistant –
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
- Legal Assistant –
- (i) Possessing a Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent to Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 03 years experience at Bar Council.
- Naib Tehsildar –
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Junior Engineer (Civil) –
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or its equivalent.
- Surveyor –
- (i) Diploma OR two years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying from a recognized Institute or its equivalent and (ii) Two years experience in Survey work.
- Patwari –
- Graduate from any recognized University or its equivalent thereof.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant –

Stage -1 Online Examination Date for DDA Recruitment 2023
Delhi Development Authority will hold stage -1 online examination which is to be expected to hold from August 1st, 2023 to September 30, 2023.
Thereafter, the authority will conduct another online examination as stage-2 only those candidates who will qualify for the second stage of examination. The date for the second stage of the examination will be intimated later.
How to Apply for a Post Under DDA Recruitment 2023?
Applicants have to complete the following steps successful registration, particulars fill up, and submission of the filled application.
Registration
This is the first step toward the application submission. Every applicant will have to register in the system of DDA created for the recruitment of candidates through the competitive examination.
The system will generate and user ID associated with a password which will be shared with the applicant through their registered email/ mobile number.
You as an applicant must retain the user ID and password, as it is the primary key for login into the account of a specific applicant.
Fill up particulars in the prescribed area of the application form.
Login to your account using the user ID and password retained at the time of the registration process. fill up the particulars asked in the prescribed application form.
All particulars must be filled up correctly as there is no option for modification once the field-up application is submitted.
Uploading photograph and signature
Upload a photograph and signature of the candidate of specified measure and size in the area indicated for it.
Review the particulars filled in the application
Applicant must review the particulars provided in the application form for any error, before final submission of the application.
Submit the particulars by clicking the submit button after confirmation of error-free review.
On confirmation of error-free particulars in the prescribed online application form, the applicant can submit their details by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the application.
Remit the prescribed application fees.
Without the prescribed application fee applications of the applicants will not be considered complete, so every applicant has to remit the prescribed application fee in a mode enlisted in the DDA PDF recruitment notification.
